Vicki Hill is the CEO and Founder of Mosaic Consulting Group. With over 20 years of experience in the HRIS world, both as a practitioner and as and end user, Vicki is an industry expert and has worked with all different types of teams and people.
Through her own personal growth, the growth of her company and that of her team members and colleagues, Vicki has collected a wealth of knowledge and best practices on running a successful business and personal career development. Since its founding in 2011, Vicki has led Mosaic through a dramatic growth of 30% each year. Through it all Vicki has kept the entire company focused on quality and providing a world class Client Experience. It is her passion for her people and her Clients that has opened the doors for Mosaic’s success. Vicki has worked tirelessly to provide a great experience for her team and her Clients. Internally, she emphasizes a work life balance as well as four core values: WOW, Teamwork, Do the Right Thing and Own It.
Vicki is also a member of the international peer-to-peer network exclusively for entrepreneurs, The Entrepreneurs Organization (EO). She served on the board for the Nashville EO chapter in 2011 and 2012 and then again in 2017.
Today she is a recognized member of National Association of Woman Business. Vicki lives in Nashville with her husband, Matt, and their two daughters, Abigail and Madeline.
